Signs of the Season: Summer to Fall

Join YSI for a guided community hike through Sanborn County Park as we explore the changing seasons! As summer begins to give way to fall, the forest is full of clues that change is underway. We’ll search for seeds and acorns, observe changing plants, look for signs of wildlife, and discover how local plants and animals prepare for the seasons ahead.

Along the way, participants will be encouraged to slow down, look closely, and use their senses to notice the small seasonal changes happening all around them.
