Climate Science Hike

Take a Hike! Join redwood scientist, Emily Limm, PhD, staff and teen interns on a hike, this Saturday, June 12, 2010 from 2:00 – 3:30 pm. Your mission on the hike will be to become a "Citizen Scientist". You will help collect data on the health of fern plants native to the redwood forest. Your data will be included in an ongoing research project that is being conducted by the University of California, Berkeley. Wear comfortable shoes, and be prepared to help with data collection and have fun. This hike will be only moderately strenuous.
