A Truly Fabulous NightLife

NightLife is the place to kickoff San Francisco's 2010's Pride Weekend!  We have a great line up of DJs:

Drag legend Juanita MORE! is sure to get the dance floor fired up.  She packs a vintage 70's silver-makeup case full house, techno and disco and is known for lip-synching old-school drag classics from the  DJ booth. Famous for her shockingly stylish fashion assaults and her signature French scent of tuberoses and musk - this jewelry laden lady will keep you moving all night long. Miss MORE! hosts Booty Call Wednesdays, weekly at Q Bar in San Francisco's  Castro District.

Stanley Frank is less of a DJ, and more of an exclamation point. His style is a blend of boogie, house, electro, funk, nu-disco and an obscure subgenre of European disco known as Italo-Disco.  He throws the weekly Monday party at the Underground SF called Viennetta, an homage to the inexpensive frozen dessert that touted a fabricated aura of continental high-class. He is also a resident DJ at the Stud's Friday night drag show Some Thing.

LadyHouse, aka Karlyn Neel, began Djing in the deep basements of San Francisco exploding house scene in 1992. Her illustrious career has included appearances at such renowned clubs as 1015 Folsom, 111 Minna, and Mezzanine and  jet-setting around the globe to DJ in such locations as New York City, Los Angeles, Peru, Canada, and Spain,. Her love for electronic music keeps her hands on the decks and yours in the air. She currently promotes a weekly club night, (((PHONIC))) at The Endup,  and is about to begin a new residency called "Era".

Cheer SF will be on hand with their unique, energetic cheer  routines.  Their stated Mission is to raise monies for service organizations serving individuals with HIV/AIDS and other life-challenging conditions through performances in which they execute extreme stunts and powerful dance routines as a means to entertain, inspire, and motivate audiences to strive for their personal best while recognizing and celebrating the beauty and diversity in all people.

Jane Tollini from the San Francisco Zoo is here to tell you all you ever wanted to know about how species from all parts of the animal kingdom have sex.  The self-proclaimed first person at any institution to put together a sex tour, Jane promises to pull no punches for a presentation that she describes as, "tacky, smutty, in complete bad taste, and also totally accurate."  Seating for this special event will be limited.  Passes will be distributed on the night of the event on a first come, first-served basis
