Discovery Day at Oracle Park

During the 9th annual Discovery Day at Oracle Park experience hundreds of dynamic demonstrations, engaging experiments, and geeky games led by Bay Area scientists and engineers.

Highlights:

• Discover the mysteries of science with UCSF! Learn how our bodies work: how cells divide, how we hear, how neurons communicate with each other and more.
• Visit the NEW Chevron STEM Zone! Play baseball using a revolutionary new Virtual Reality headset, compete with a friend to see who can power a plane higher, look inside yourself through thermal imaging, and more. Discover what STEM career paths could be in your future!
• Check out our Teen Area with STEM activities for teens - led by teens! Create, build and explore! Performances from local teens in the lounge space, raffle prizes and free give-aways.
• Explore biotechnology activities with a dozen leading Bay Area companies in Life Science Alley!
• Interact and play with robots that have been built by industry groups, academia and school clubs in the Robot Zoo!
