About the Speaker
Mary Ann Ireland, Director of the Stratam Group, is a certified coach, instructor and facilitator, working primarily in the high tech/biotech industry supporting individuals and teams to achieve their highest levels of performance and satisfaction. She has successfully worked in positions of sales, marketing and consulting in the life sciences industry for over twenty years. Her clients have included Genentech, Roche, Chiron/Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, Theravance, Portola Pharmaceuticals, Cisco, and TrendMicro.

Mary Ann holds a degree in organic chemistry from Brown University and a M.A. in Organizational Psychology with coaching certification from JFK University. She is a certified somatic coach through the Strozzi Institute and is certified in management and leadership practices by the Institute of Generative Leadership. Mary Ann founded the Biotech Organizational Learning and Development (BOLD) group in November of 2003 and leads the core team of this growing HR organization in the Life Science Industry.
