The Living Roof Project

Learn about the Academy's unique living roof ecosystem while gaining experience in collecting biological data.  By participating in this workshop, you will be eligible to return as a qualified citizen scientist to help the Academy collect data for a long-term monitoring project regarding the many plants, birds and insects that inhabit and visit the Living Roof.

Participants should wear comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes for outdoor activities.

Reservations: For ages 12 and older. $12 for non-members, $10 for members. Does not include admission to the museum. Limited space available. Meet at the Business Entrance off Middle Drive.
