NightSchool: The Birds & The Bees - Livestream

It’s time for a talk about the birds, the bees, and what brings them together: flowers. The Academy’s Associate Curator and McAllister Chair of Botany, Nathalie Nagalingum, will conduct a seasonally appropriate virtual botany lesson while dissecting a flower and discussing its reproductive structures. Afterward, San Francisco Botanical Garden curator Ryan Guillou will talk about what’s in bloom at the garden and share some of his favorite flowering plants found there.
