Storytime Science for Kids: Imagination - Livestream
Join us for Storytime Scienceâ€"a storybook read aloud followed by a simple related activity geared toward very young children. This month, we're celebrating imagination! Maybe you have a pet unicorn and maybe you’ve heard that a unicorn should never scribble. But why? What could possibly go wrong? Never Let a Unicorn Scribble, by Diane Alber, is a story about imagination and letting your creative colors fly. Then blow a mound of bubbles and look for a rainbow of colors!
Exploring, observing, questioning, and learning are our watchwords here at the Exploratorium. When matched with a story, it’s even more fun! Each month at Storytime Science, we read a different story or two and try out a related activity.
