The Great Bird and Plant Trivia Challenge

This virtual trivia game will give our community a chance to show San Francisco Bay Bird Observatory (SFBBO) Waterbird Intern Lori Liu and Habitats Ecologist Yeimy Cifuentes their ecology know-how. This ]game will be offered in both English and Spanish! The rules are very simple: you just need to beat the clock before anyone else by correctly answering the trivia questions. The first person or team to submit a correct answer gets a point. We have questions for all skill levels about our different research programs, including habitats, waterbirds, landbirds, plovers, terns, and a general category about birds in everyday life. The game will be played via Zoom, using the chat function to enter the answers. 

¡Juguemos trivia con SFBBO! Ven y comparte tu conocimiento y tu amor por las aves en este divertido juego de preguntas! Las reglas son muy simples: solo necesitas ganarle al reloj antes que nadie respondiendo correctamente las preguntas de la trivia. La primera persona o equipo en responder cada pregunta ganará un punto. Tenemos preguntas de todos los niveles sobre nuestros diferentes programas: hábitats, aves acuáticas y terrestres, de los “Chorlos nevados” (Snowy plovers) y “Charrancitos americanos” (Least tern) y en categoría general sobre las aves en la vida cotidiana. El juego se llevará a cabo mediante Zoom usando la herramienta de chat para ingresar las respuestas.

This event is part of SFBBO's annual California Fall Challenge (CFC) fundraiser. Minimum $10 donation to register, $60 minimum registration to also receive our 2020 CFC T-Shirt. The value of the t-shirt ($10) is not tax deductible. Our goal is to raise $33,000 to support our work throughout the year and we hope you will participate and support us to reach our goal!
