The Challenge of Interpreting the Effects of Climate Change on Large Infrastructure Systems

Joe DuCote is a veteran of the public finance industry, having spent more than four decades involved in the financial planning/realization of infrastructure projects. This talk is intended to identify the myriad problems associated with an approach that is designed to "move the debate" between the scientific perception of climate change and the operation of a society.
