What is Quantum Chaos?

The study of quantum chaos is the search for manifestations of classical chaotic behaviour on the quantum level. I will explain how this can be seen in connecting the structure of fractal repellers with the decay of waves. No PDE, dynamical systems, or quantum mechanics background is necessary to grasp the basic principles which can be easily visualised.
