Volunteer Opportunity: Trail Maintenance Work Day at the EEC

Help us with some trail maintenance around the Environmental Education Center! Activities may include weeding, litter pickup, or spreading gravel. All gloves and tools will be provided, so just make sure to dress comfortably and bring a can-do attitude. Please arrive promptly at 9:20am to allow time for check-in before we get started. Please note, volunteers under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult. Prior reservation is required!  Register at: https://VolunteerWorkDay-July2024.eventbrite.com.

Other Considerations:

• Driving Directions: We recommend using Google Maps and mapping to the "Environmental Education Center (EEC)" or 1751 Grand Blvd, Alviso, CA 95002.

• Wear comfortable clothing, long pants, sun protection and layers, and closed-toe shoes - all that you don't mind getting dirty!
• Restrooms will be available on-site in the form of an ADA-compliant portable toilet and hand-washing station.
