USDA RUS Updates

Andrew Berke will discuss USDA Rural Utilities Service (RUS) role in implementing provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) to support clean energy initiatives in rural America. This includes a historic $65 billion investment in broadband infrastructure,  and a $9.7 billion for electric cooperatives transition to clean, affordable and reliable energy. He will cover how RUS is driving investment in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and grid modernization, while highlighting the economic and environmental impacts of these policies.
