SEA Adventures Dungeness Crab Lecture

Dr. Allison Gong and Dr. Mark Morales will dive into everything you would ever want to know about Dungeness crabs. Lecture included with admission.

Allison is a marine biologist working at the Long Marine Lab, a backyard beekeeper, a columnist for Bay Nature Magazine, and a college-level biology professor. She studied biology in college and graduate school, focusing on marine invertebrate life cycles and reproductive biology.

Mark received his Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from UC Santa Cruz. Now as a postdoctoral scholar in the Global Change Research Group, Mark is constructing process-based species distribution models for Dungeness crab within the dungieHAB research project.
