Science Safari: For the Birds!

Avian art for all! Join Marianne Bickett, MA, art teacher and nature enthusiast for a fun-filled, hands-on art class. YSI's friendly flock of museum birds will be our models for drawing, making collages, and more. Explore some of Audubon's bird paintings, learn bird identification basics, and discover that being bird brained isn't so bad! Great activity for families and fledgling artists of all ages: Pre-K - Adult.
