Greening apartment Buildings

In our built-out city, retrofitting existing buildings to conserve water, energy and materials is a key sustainability challenge. In 2010, SPUR convened a task force to identify opportunities to "green" multifamily apartment buildings - which contain more than two-thirds of the city's housing units.
