Forensic Science Lecture Series: Familial DNA

Inspector Hofsass has served SFPD for over 20 years as an officer, a criminalist, a CSI, a sexual assault investigator, and a homicide investigator. She earned her MSFS at UC Davis, and has presented casework and scientific findings at seminars and conferences in the US and abroad. Inspector Hofsass has vast training and expertise in numerous forensic sub-disciplines, and has been qualified as an expert witness in both Superior and Federal courts since 1995. Her topic will be Familial DNA.
