Open House: Net Zero Energy Backyard Cottage

Back by special demand! We will be exploring the potential of secondary units for infill development in this open house, followed by an expert panel at Wurster Hall. The Delaware Cottage, winner of the Diablo Magazine Eco Award, comes out of an energy-efficient design by a team of city and regional planning, civil engineering, and Haas business students. Local builder Thomas Goetze will lead tours of the structure.
