The Power of Knowledge: Reversing Stress and Rapid Aging in Adults, Adolescents and Children

Scientists agree that aging coincides with the accumulation of stress. Stress causes or worsens the negative effects of unnaturally rapid aging across all age groups, from children and adolescents to mature adults. All experience health, mental and family problems when they accumulate stress caused by unsuccessful adaptation to today's rapid pace of change in everything from technology to social expectations -- changes that radically affect our sense of who we are.

Thom Knoles, a renowned Vedic Meditation teacher in the Shankaracharya tradition and an internationally recognized expert in describing the effects of stress, discusses stress as a failure to adapt to change, and teaches proven techniques for increasing adaptation and allowing successful interaction with change. In his talk, Knoles also explains how to neutralize the deleterious effects of stress and how this actually reverses the negative effects of the aging process.
