ColorFair at the Exploratorium

ColorFair is a free, open-air market featuring a mix of science and art demonstrations and colorful wares made by local artisans. Meet with other color connoisseurs to explore practical and beautiful applications of the visual spectrum. We'll celebrate color with adults and families and explore a rainbow of color phenomena through a host of hands-on science activities and exhibits.

The Exploratorium is moving to San Francisco's Embarcadero in 2013. Your participation will help us prototype a new kind of program that we hope to hold regularly at our future home. Our goal is to create a vibrant gathering place for individuals, organizations, artists, scientists, and educators to share ideas, display arts and crafts, and gain an increased appreciation and understanding of our natural surroundings and community.
