The 2nd Berkeley Symposium on Energy Efficient Electronic Systems will feature researchers in the following technical areas:
• Low voltage tunneling FETs;
• Low voltage nanomechanical logic;
• Energy efficient spintronic logic;
• Energy efficient memory and storage devices;
• Energy efficient chip scale interconnects; and
• Low voltage CMOS circuits and architectures.

Symposium Highlights:
• Dan Hutcheson, VLSI Research Inc., to deliver the keynote address
• 18 research leaders from Europe, Japan, and US to share their perspectives on achieving ultra-low energy devices and circuits
