Come to the Clean Energy Showcase, the nation's first outdoor demonstration of solar, wind, electric vehicle and energy efficiency installations, and see what's hot in solar. Get solar savvy with unbiased information from City of San José solar experts: Which solar technology is right for your home or business; The real cost of going solar and how to save; How to decode a solar installation quote; How to snag Federal and State rebates; How much you can expect to save on your energy bills. The Showcase is located directly across the street from City Hall on Santa Clara Street, between N 5th and N 6th Streets. There is plenty of free Public Parking in the nearby parking structures. Public Tour Reservations

Throughout 2011, the San José Green Vision Clean Energy Showcase offers free weekday tours for school and professional groups. The Showcase is open to the general public on Saturdays from 9 am – 1 pm with guided tours starting at 9 am and 11 am.

Walk-ins are welcome, but registration is encouraged. By registering in advance for weekend tours, you can add the event to your calendar and receive updates should a cancellation occur or rescheduling become necessary.
