Mt. Diablo Astronomy Program

Please join Mt. Diablo Astronomical Society for the October 22nd astronomy program.  The program starts at 6:00 (enter the park at least 45 minutes earlier).  Although there is no fee for this program there is a $10 park entrance fee.  This months program is - "Explore our Galaxy.  Build a model of our Galaxy".

See stars, nebula, galaxies, clusters, the moon and planets through member telescopes.  Bring kids, binoculars, warm clothes (temperature can drop), snacks, water.  No need for a flashlight but if you must bring one cover it in red plastic.  Escorted exit several times during the evening through Northgate entrance.Astronomy program is weather dependent including high fire danger.
