Introduction & Overview of SLC NAND in Embedded Applications

Over the years, Flash requirements in the embedded space have evolved - from Parallel NOR to Serial NOR interface, from 3V to low voltage products to keep up with low power consumption requirements. Today, as embedded applications become increasingly complex, the flash density requirements have grown as well. System designers are increasingly looking for choices when selecting higher flash memory densities to store their code and/or applications; SLC NAND meets the demand for these embedded   applications.   In this talk, we will explore the trends in the embedded market, introduce SLC NAND and it's advantages for this segment.
