STEAM Colloquium: Full STEAM Ahead

The Contra Costa COunty Office of Education and Chevron are proud to present the 2nd Annual STEAM Colloquium, a forum to discuss and share best practices in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education. The goals of the STEAM Colloquium are to:

• Showcase best practices of successful STEAM education
• Capitalize on existing resources by integrating common efforts and to make STEAM resources accessible to all Contra Costa County classrooms
• Explore new programs and policies around STEAM education
• Identify programs that successfully close the achievement gap

This premier event will bring together over 200 K-12 educators, administrators, professionals, legislative policy makers, college and university educators, community organizations and businesses to launch STEAM education forward.
