Science Saturday: Flowers

Science Saturdays are held on the last Saturday of most months. They feature hands-on activities and opportunities for scientific exploration and investigation. Admission is free. This Science Saturday focuses on flowers.

Activities include dissecting flowers, looking through microscopes at different kinds of pollen and plant cells, peering at seed embryos, and (outside!) pounding flowers to make beautiful designs on fabric.
