Food Shift Film Screening For Dive!

‎50% of food that is readily harvested never makes it to a person's stomach. Join Food Shift for a movie screening of Dive! with food, drinks, and discussion on June 6th at Humanist Hall. Dive! is a film that exposes the problem of food waste in America. This film is brought to us by Food Shift, an Earth Island Institute sponsored project dedicated to building a more just and sustainable food system that curbs waste, empowers communities, respects the environment, and nourishes all people. Following the film will be a conversation with Dana Frasz, Director of Food Shift to discuss innovative ways grocery stores can do their part to reduce waste.
