Asteroids Rock!

Come learn about The Tech Challenge 2013, as teams of students collaborate to design innovative launching solutions to land sensitive research equipment at various locations on an asteroid. Learn the rules and regulations, see the Test Rig, and talk with the engineers who helped design and plan The Tech Challenge 2013. Ask any questions you like as you start to imagine many innovative asteroid-launching solutions. The Tech Challenge is an annual team design challenge for students in grades 5-12 that introduces and reinforces the engineering design process with a hands-on project geared to solve a real-world problem.
