Junior Rangers at the Refuge: Native Plant Protectors

Love learning about new habitats? Curious about wildlife? Our Junior Rangers at the Refuge program is perfect for your family! Join us each month as we explore the Don Edwards SF Bay National Wildlife Refuge through fun, educational activities.

This April, we'll learn about the hidden superpowers that help our California native species thrive. We'll discover the varied aromas, textures, shapes, and sizes of plants on a guided walk through our Butterfly Garden. Then we'll complete a colorful native plant craft to take home.

Our Junior Ranger program is perfect for families with elementary-aged children.
